When Daniel and Rebecca Saldivar first met in 2008, it was love at first "bite." With Daniel's exceptional background in the culinary arts, and Rebecca's arts and marketing experience, they made a perfect team. The couple married shortly after in 2009 and opened Savór Catering in October 2010. After a slow, but successful first year in business, including a booth at the Turkey Creek Public Market, the couple decided that it was time to take a big step forward and open a food truck in Knoxville.
